This page is blooming with weddings
Kathryn and David knew from the beginning that their wedding day needed to be about, family, celebration, excellent food, good music; a luxury feel with a chic romantic vibe.
The ceremony was held at Most Holy Rosary Parish, with Father Fred Mannara officiating. Surrounded by family and friends and the sweetest bridal party -Kathryn and David declared their love and commitement before God. Kathryn wore a Anne Barge gown from Kleinfeld
Photographer Tomas Flint along with Videographer Zach Cullen captured the new Mr & Mrs Argento at the historic Onondaga Park.
Cocktails began in the Empire Room, Hotel Syracuse. Dave and Kathryn had a moment to sneak and view the Grand Ballroom before any of the guests were seated. “It was like walking into a dream!”, said Kathryn looking back on the day. Backyard Garden Florist' floral designer and decor consultant Nino, worked tirelessly to bring the tropical inspired vision into a reality. Hotel Syracuse's Ballroom with its glistening chandeliers and spectacular archetecture really are breathtaking. Add to that, palm branches and white orchids arranged above romantic candle lighting and this gave the room the modern twist Kathryn was hoping for.
Hand written capiz shells, served as large escort cards. Staci Cullen, from Kindly Lettering, built and designed this unique Escort Shell display. Once the guests took their shells, the wall transformed into a perfect backdrop for selfies and shots with the Bride and Groom.
Being serious "foodies", the food was very important! The Hotel's Convention Services Manager, Holley Musak worked closely with Kathryn, Dave and Planner Pamela to create the menu with family recipes and the finest freshest products available.
During the evening, guests were able to have their picture taken in several feature designs locations. Across from the bar was an entire wall of palm branches and orchids and the seating chart flipped into a photo booth.
Atlas Band introduced the couple to their first dance performing, "Lets Stay Together". Later, the rambunctious revelry really began when Kathryn's father Mike, and musician buddies joined Atlas Band filling up the dance floor late into the evening.
The guests were treated to a late night snack of no less than 30 pizzas, a specific idea of our Groom, Dave. There was no pizza left!
