What is Month Out or Day Of Coordinator?

The terms Month Out and Day Of Coordinator are defined by the Planner. At Pamela Beth Weddings these are options for small weddings, usually under a guest count of 75. Clients do all the planning, timeline and vendor coordination.

In the case where my clients have done all the work of pulling together their wedding details and just need a competent person to pass the baton to - this is a great option.

Are your prices set?

Basically yes. Every wedding is unique and the services that each couple needs will vary, so the fee may fluctuate a bit, but not much.

As a Wedding Planner how would you describe yourself?

Wedding Planners are so different! That's why you need to feel that whoever you contract with is a good fit. As for myself, I'm a people person! I truly love people, young and old. Spending time planning with my clients, their families and our vendors is fascinating. In the wedding industry all things wedding are so important; flowers, the "feel", the design, timing, menu...

Without organization we can't have an enjoyable day, so until the structure is behind all the beauty its not finished.

How does the Full Planning package work?

We begin where you currently are, such as; you may have reserved your venue several years ago, but need help with the entertainment. You may want to work directly with the floral designer, while others clients prefer to pass that entirely to me.

As your personal planner, its my job to make sure that we stay on track with deadlines as well as a cohesive design throughout your events.

We'll schedule planning meetings, site visits, meal tastings, design and decor meetings and numerous phone calls. The Full Planning package ensures the consultation is unlimited, so no need to worry about an hourly rate.

Do you have a team of planners?

At Pamela Beth Weddings, there is only one planner, Pamela. Although I have assistants, designers and coordinators, I work personally with every client. During your wedding weekend, I'll be with you through all the events, behind the scenes and sending you down the aisle.
